Music Ministry

Music Ministers are required to complete a successful informal audition and attend weekly rehearsals. Time commitment is a 1.5 hour weekly rehearsal, Weekly Mass and Holy Day attendance.

Good Shepherd Choir

Good Shepherd Choir members provide music for Mass and other events at Good Shepherd Mission. Anyone with a sense of rhythm and pitch is invited to join. Practice is held 30 minutes before Mass on Sunday and other events.

St. Rose Choir

St. Rose Choir members and Instrumentalists assist the music director in leading the congregation in the sung prayer at Mass. They are at least 15yrs old or 9th grade, proficient in their skill, have a good sense of pitch and rhythm, have a servant's heart, and an understanding that the Mass is not a performance opportunity.

Instrumentalists are required to be able to read lead sheets and being able to transpose on the spot would be very helpful.
